Founded in 2010, Souldamage & the Pleemates started as a classic soul band, bringing the music of The Commitments, The Blues Brothers and the legendary labels Motown Records, Stax Records and Atlantic Records to the stage. Inspired by artists like Otis Redding, Martha Reeves, Stevie Wonder and Aretha Franklin, the band delivers a powerful mix of raw soul, rhythm & blues and timeless grooves.

After recording a vinyl release in 2013, the band split up for various reasons.

In early 2026, the members reconnected — and what started as a reunion quickly turned into a full revival of Souldamage & the Pleemates.
